What if my card or method won't let me withdraw?

I made several withdrawals and some are missing. Why?

Bear in mind that multiple payouts may not land in the order you sent them. Say you withdrew on a Friday and again on a Saturday: the Saturday one could turn up in your bank first. That's down to how the banking system handles them. Please allow five working days for every withdrawal to appear before contacting us. If you've already spoken to your bank and the money still isn't there after the right amount of time, get in touch and we can pull an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for you within 24 hours. An ARN is effectively your bank's receipt confirming the funds. You can hand this 16-digit code to your bank and they'll use it to trace the payment. We can't issue an ARN until five working days have gone by.

I withdrew to a lost or expired card, what now?

If the card is lost, cancel it with your bank first. As long as you still have the account number and sort code tied to that card, the payout will go through, though it may take a touch longer than normal. If you no longer have access to that account, the withdrawal should be declined and the funds returned to your LuckyVegas Casino balance.

How do I remove a card?

How soon will my money arrive?

How quickly a payout lands depends on the method you send it to. After you confirm the withdrawal, we’ll tell you roughly how long it should take to reach your bank. As a rule, cleared funds at LuckyVegas Casino are with you inside 24-48 hours.

What if my payout is later than the times above?

If your money hasn’t shown within four hours, the most likely reason is that the card isn’t set up for instant payouts. In that case it’ll follow the 2-5 working day path instead. Unless your withdrawals normally clear inside four hours, please wait the five working days before reaching out.

How do I request a withdrawal?

To cash out anything sitting in your main balance, head to the withdrawals section and:

1. Pick the method you’d like the money sent to 2. Type the figure you want to take out in the ‘amount’ field 3. Press ‘Withdraw’. When a payout is available, the Withdraw button shows in black. On a smaller phone screen you might need to scroll down a little to see it.
